Katlyn Peterson, O.D.
Dr. Katlyn Peterson earned her Doctor of Optometry degree after first completing a bachelor’s degree in engineering and beginning her career in electrical engineering. Driven by a passion for patient care, she made the transition to Optometry and went on to complete her Optometric training at The University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry.
Following graduation, Dr. Peterson completed a residency in ocular disease and specialty contact lenses, where she received advanced training in managing complex eye conditions and fitting medically necessary lenses.
She has since developed a strong reputation for her expertise in specialty contact lens fittings, particularly scleral lenses and progressive myopia management. Dr. Peterson is dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care to help patients achieve the best possible visual outcomes.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys training for half marathons and spending time climbing mountains.
